Main characteristics:

1. The flat table structure allows the cliché to be accurately and quickly positioned along the centerline under the cylinder.

2. The video cameras are mounted under a table with a movable cushion surface facing upward.

The cameras are mounted on a high precision linear bearing and are moved to different register mark positions (plates of different widths) by means of the handle at the front of the machine.

The print rollers at the top ensure the safety of the chamber and are free to change the print roller.

3. Dual channel processor linking camera images and lens cross overlay on a 19″ split screen LCD panel monitor with high contrast and sharp image.

4. Interchangeable pin holder design is suitable for most types of printing roller design.

5. The up/down printing roller is controlled by an air cylinder which is more efficient and faster.

6. Moving the table to mount the plate can be done in several seconds.

It is much faster than the traditional plate mounter.

7. The table can be adjusted in 6 directions.

Forward-backward and left-right adjustment uses a linear guide rail + ball screw + handle for adjustment.

Just need to turn the handle, like playing games, full of fun and easy work.

The diagonal direction is controlled by a lead screw.

8. Camera movement uses linear guide rail + ball screw + handle and can be controlled separately.
